Moveo.AI Raises €2.3 Million to Advance Enterprise Conversational AI

Innovative startup Moveo.AI, specialising in enterprise conversational AI, has successfully raised over €2.3 million in a seed funding round, advancing its mission to deliver secure, private, and tailored large language model (LLM) agents for businesses. The funding round was led by Eleven Ventures, with additional support from Uni.Fund and Charge.vc. Previous investors, who had backed Moveo.AI during its $400K pre-seed round in 2021, also reinforced their commitment by increasing their investments.

Moveo.AI has established itself as a leader in the enterprise AI space by uniquely blending Generative AI with workflow automation. As companies increasingly seek to harness the power of AI to improve customer experience and optimise operations, Moveo.AI's proprietary LLMs have become a standout solution, offering unparalleled data protection, reliability, and performance. These LLMs are specifically optimised to excel in customer experience (CX) metrics, outperforming third-party models like GPT-4 in critical areas such as latency, hallucination reduction, and consistency.

Over the past year, Moveo.AI has achieved significant milestones, including a doubling of its revenue, tripling of its team, and expansion of its customer base to include major enterprises such as Betano, Allianz, and Alpha Bank. The company has also expanded its operations into the LATAM market with the launch of a new office in São Paulo, now serving over 10 million users monthly across 89 countries in 21 languages.

This funding will enable Moveo.AI to enhance its platform, expand its R&D team, and continue its international expansion, targeting key markets in the Americas. According to EU-Startups, CEO Panos Karagiannis emphasised that this investment validates the team's hard work and will fuel further innovation and growth. Partner at Eleven Ventures Svetozar Georgiev highlighted Moveo.AI's potential to transform customer engagement, noting the company’s impressive client roster.
